Our two principals have over fifty years of combined professional experience. Historically material manufacturers, contractors, specifiers, construction managers and consultants all seem to have an individual project perspective. Potentially this scope of individual priorities do not collectively merit project success. This can easily translate into deficiencies that increase project time, cost, and liability. All of which ultimately are at the owners expense.

Our full service commercial consulting firm is dedicated to looking at collective project needs. The building envelope by definition consists of multiple materials, equipment, systems and functions. All of our services are "Condition Specific", looking at its impact on the collective need of design/function. No smoke, no mirrors; just hard work utilizing our full spectrum of construction and industry experience to fit the puzzle pieces together. Our services integrate our own database consisting of copyrighted programs allowing us to tailor fit individual project needs for an owner, architect, construction manager or contractor.
